What if a product is damaged during shipment?

Product is to be inspected at time of delivery for freight damage. If product arrives damaged do not accept delivery from freight carrier and notify your dealer of the situation.

What if my application requires a critical dimension?

If any dimension or specification is critical please contact Brennan Equipment & Mfg., Inc. or your dealer prior to order.

Do Little Giant products have a Product Warranty?

YES, while we expect the product to last for the life of the intended project, any product that has been subjected to normal use for which it is intended and is shown to be defective beyond normal wear within one (1) year from date of purchase will be repaired or replaced as seller’s option. Please refer to Warranty.

Where/who are the distributors?

Little Giant products are available to most national material handling distribution organization and many other authorized national and local dealers. Please contact Brennan Equipment & Mfg., Inc. to find a dealer that can best support your needs.

Can I order directly from the factory?

Little Giant products are not sold directly to application customers but are available for purchase though most national material handling distribution organizations and many other authorized national and local dealers. Why is there a lead time?

To avoid the warehousing and respective inventory carrying cost associated with such an extensive variety of sizable product, most of our products are built to order utilizing lean manufacturing techniques and state of the art technology.

How long is the lead time?

Standard lead time is 10 business days. Items identified as “Factory Quick Ship” are guaranteed to ship in 5 business days. Items always ship the same day they are complete – often early.

Can I expedite the lead time?

All orders are treated as expedites, immediately processed upon receipt and flow through the plant utilizing lean techniques. Very little opportunity exists to improve lead times by way of “expedited orders” for most standard products. Products are shipped when available, often prior to the standard lead time.

Do we have will call?

No, factory will-call is not available. All products are shipped to the dealer or directly to the customer as instructed by the dealer. As a customer service some dealers offer will-call at their facility.

Can I call in my own carrier?

No, In Order To Complete The Shipping Process The Carrier Or Logistics Company Must Be On The Order At The Time It Is Submitted.

Where is our product made/shipped from?

All of our products are built in, and ship from University Park, IL (60484)

Where can I purchase Little Giant products?

Our products are sold through a nationwide network of Industrial Distributors. Check with your preferred local distributor, or contact us for the name of a Little Giant distributor near you.

What is the best type of wheel or caster for my application

Selecting the right wheel or caster for your equipment is an important consideration. For help in determining the best choice, please see our Wheel Selection Guide.

How are your product load ratings determined?

Little Giant products are designed and tested for industrial applications. Our engineers consider the gauge (thickness) of steel and reinforce or brace the structure to increase load capacity. Caster and wheel capacity often limits the overall cart load capacity. Products are physically load tested to verify the Uniform Distributed Load (UDL) capacity.

Are custom colors available?

Yes, custom colors are available depending on the order. For more information, please contact customer service.

Are Little Giant Products subject to a California Proposition 65 Warning?

On August 30, 2018, new Proposition 65 regulations become effective that set forth certain warning language and methods that businesses may use to warn for Proposition 65 exposures. One of these approved warnings which applies to all of our products is the following:

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including nickel, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. For more information – www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

These chemicals are contained in varying amounts within the composition of the general grade carbon steel that is used in our products, and reside beneath the surface finish of the product.

What is the return policy?

All returns must be authorized in advance by the factory. Please call Customer Service for a Returned Goods Authorization number. Custom products can not be accepted for return. Standard products and colors without options only in quantities of 6 or less within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and have a valid RGA number. All returns are subject to a damage inspection and a 35% refurbishing charge ($100 minimum).

What type of finish do Little Giant products have?

All of our products are powder-coated with a tough, durable, and attractive finish. Available in a number of standard colors, as well as, a wide range of custom colors.
